Boundary Oak School short stay programme, Fareham, Hampshire

Locations

Our Boundary Oak School short stay programme is available for boys and girls aged 7 - 13 years for a minimum stay of 4 weeks. We provide a gateway for your child to the best possible British senior boarding school. Past pupils have been awarded scholarships to Lancing, Bradfield, Canford and Blundells and more. The Boundary Oak Preparatory Curriculum is supported by a full integration programme that immerses international pupils with British pupils.

Boarding at Boundary Oak School is a homely affair. Live-in houseparents Mr and Mrs Roberts work alongside resident staff and gap students. All strive to ensure that the children are happy, comfortable and above all, having fun!

Dormitories are split up into age-groups to cope with different bed-times, with smaller bedrooms that sleep 2-3 for the older boarders to recognise their seniority in the school. All children are encouraged to decorate their dorms areas with posters, pictures and items from home such as cuddly toys.

The Boundary Oak Preparatory Curriculum programme includes:

  • Formative and summative language assessments which include access to British National Curriculum and Common Entrance syllabus.
  • Tailored programme including EAL lessons • In addition to the EAL tuition pupils will also study Humanities, Maths, Science, Music, Sport, Drama, ICT and PSHE.
