Jersey International Business School delivers a wide range of professional qualifications and career development courses to international standards within International Financial Centres. The school is the exclusive provider in Jersey of International Compliance Association qualifications and Central Law Training programmes which lead to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners qualification. JIBS deliver a 2-year degree in BSc (Hons) International Financial Services in Jersey, accredited by the University of Buckingham.

The independent school operates from a central location in the Weighbridge and was established in 2009 to provide high-quality and effective training and education in Investment Business, Trust and Company Management, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Financial Crime Prevention and Leadership and Management.

BSc in International Financial
Services

The 2-year BSc (Hons) International Financial Services degree has been designed to provide students with a broad and comprehensive understanding of international financial services, laying the groundwork for a successful career in this area or a related discipline, such as law or accounting. The degree also features a unique Undergraduate Employment Programme that provides you with the opportunity to work in paid employment two days a week for the duration of your studies.

MSc International Financial Services (by Research)

International Financial Services is an extremely diverse industry with various sectors and disciplines. Whatever your area of interest, the MSc in International Financial Services (by Research) can provide a study pathway that suits your career and personal development aspirations.

You will acquire specialist knowledge in an area of financial services of particular interest to you, while also benefiting from extensive research training. For example, students may choose study pathways that include areas such as Financial Crime Prevention; Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC); Management within Financial Services; Wealth Management; Trust and Company Management; or Funds. Your study pathway will be agreed with your supervisor.
