Prepare for Success, UK Exclusive preparation course

It’s vital to your academic outcomes to start preparing for a university study in the UK as early as you can. Prepare for success by confirming your place* and you’ll gain access to our virtual course at no extra cost. 

Prepare for Success is a virtual preparation course uniquely designed to give you a head start before joining your academic programme at one of our Study Centres or Colleges in the UK or Ireland (including Bellerbys) in January or February 2021. You will have exclusive access to an extensive range of learning materials along with regular tutor feedback.

Prepare for Success will help you develop the confidence and skills necessary to become a self-reflective, independent and effective learner - essential components for study. You will also be able to participate in an international community allowing you to get to know your fellow students and tutors ahead of starting your programme whilst practising your English language skills.

This preparation course contains up to 100 hours of online study covering three essential areas:

• Study and Academic skills, such as time management, note taking, and avoiding plagiarism.
• English Language skills, including reading, writing, speaking and listening for academic study.
• Cultural and Personal Skills, such as intercultural communication, building a support network and information on living and studying in the UK/EU.

To benefit from this free preparation course, you will need to pay your confirmation fee and the first £ 6,000/ € 6,000 of your tuition fees. Please note this excludes University of Huddersfield London.
